Alaska food to fuel your fire
We offer a full catering service for your stay at the lodge.. Our partner HARD Eats goes big time for local ingredients – featuring Interior Alaska grass-fed beef and local pork, fresh herbs and veggies Fairbanks grown, Alaska-made corn and flour tortillas, pickled Alaska fiddleheads, and – of course – Fairbanks’s finest dessert, the Lusty Cakes. Included with our all-inclusive rates. Chef catering services are available at an additional rate for nightly rentals or events.
Local Ingredients are highly seasonally dependent and may not be available year-round. Chef reserves option to make any necessary adjustments to highlight local foods in the peak of freshness or due to inability to source ingredients.

- Alaska Sourdough Waffle with berries, maple syrup & whipped cream
- Farm fresh eggs cooked to order with Alaska-raised Bacon or Sausage and locally sourced Potatoes
- Homemade Sourdough English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich with farm fresh Egg, Sausage and Cheese
- Homemade Bulgarian-style yogurt parfait featuring local micro-dairy whole milk, homemade granola, berries and toasted pecans

- Pork Carnitas (Alaska pork shoulder smoked and then deep-fried) served on corn tortillas with homemade pico de gallo
- Creamy Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese Sandwich on homemade sourdough bread
- Homemade Sourdough Pitas with Assorted Hummus and Tapenade
- Hearty Alaska Greens Salad with Salmon, Pickled Alaska Strawberries & Sourdough Croutons
